The Calgary Canadian Irish Athletic Club is hosting its Annual High School Rugby 

 “Ice-Breaker” tournament, Saturday, April 25th, 2026.

There is limited space, therefore, return your entry form and payment as soon as possible. Every team registered is guaranteed three games. Tournament awards will be presented following the games.

Applications must be received by April 17th 2026  Tournament draws will be emailed out on Wednesday, April 22^nd  

In an effort to control parking and encourage car pooling the following Car parking rules 

will apply:

Coaches with equipment/Referees/Volunteers . Main Car Park

Student Cars/Vans/Buses . NorthWest Car Park

Parking Attendents will be on hand to assist please comply with instructions

C.C.I.A.C  High School ‘Ice Breaker’ Tournament Information

Dates: 

• Saturday, April 25th, 2026
• Each game will be 2 10-minute halves with a 3-minute halftime interval. 

• All teams will play a minimum of three games
• Maximun 12 Teams in each category

Entry Fee: 

• $250.00 per team

• Teams are confirmed as they are entered with payment of fees 

Balls: 

• Please bring your own practices balls for warm-up and one match ball. 

Concession: 

• The concession will be open selling food and drinks throughout the tournament
• No alcohol will be served during this tournament 

Change Rooms: 

• Four change rooms will be open at all times for teams to use. 

              All athletes are to take belongings out to the team bench while playing. 

Tournament Rules & Regulations: 

• No Club Rugby teams will be allowed to participate 

• IRB rules for U19 will be in effect
• ASAA Policies (sanction) apply to this tournament
